Look for the line up to be published in early March. Many fan favorites will be back again this year. Mike Bertrand, of Michael Bertrand Photography, Friday Harbor, has generously donated an image of tulips which the downtown has turned into a postcard that will be used to advertise the fair. You can find the postcard at downtown businesses, as well as the Northwest Flower and Garden Show, as well as with our artisans. Michael's work shows a vibrant use of color in this beautiful photograph. He has been chosen 2007 "Contributor of the Year" for the Street Festival. Other artists who have made significant contributions are Elaine Vinish, Jennifer Bowman and Sherry Tolman. Mike joins a very select group of Tulip Festival artists. We cannot thank them enough! Also back this year are "Dave and Sharee" from KAFE 104.3 in Bellingham. They will be broadcasting LIVE from downtown on Saturday morning.
