Big Sky Polka Festival - Billings, MT
The Big Sky Polka Festival will hold its 13th Annual Event on Labor Day Weekend. Truly the largest dance festival in the entire Rocky Mountain northwest region. This event draws dancing folk from thirty states and Canada. The festival will feature four great dance bands: Julie Lee and Her White Rose Band, Sylvia and the Fjordsong, Matt and the Dakota Dutchmen, and the Bob Bares Band. The event takes place at a large decorated ballroom with a wood dance floor. Food and drink will be served on site or visit one of the many fine eating establishments.

Historic Bell Street Bridge Day - Glendive, MT
A day of outdoor family fun with non-stop live entertainment, children’s activities, wagon rides, historical tours, food and drinks, a motorcycle contest, fly-over, duck race, craft fair and more. This event celebrates the preservation and 80th birthday of the Historic Bell Street Bridge over the Yellowstone River. Bell Street Bridge was a central structure in Glendive’s history. No longer used for motorized traffic, it is now used by walkers, bicyclists and anyone wishing to enjoy time on the glorious Yellowstone.

September 30 - October 1
Bridger Raptor Festival- Bozeman, MT
Witness the largest known migration of Golden Eagles in North America. Watch 17 species of raptors soar the Bridger Mountain's knife-edge ridge. Festival activities include slide shows on raptor identification, kids' programs and a birds of prey presentation with ambassador falcons, owls, and hawks from the Montana Raptor Center. The festival will include live birds, exhibits, kid's activities led by MOSS and Children's Museum of Bozeman, raptor identification talks, adult lectures and Native American storytelling, dancing and drumming Hosted by Montana Outdoor Science School, Montana Raptor Conservation Center, Gallatin National Forest Service and Bridger Bowl at Bridger Bowl from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Free and fun for all ages!
