1 1/2 pounds fresh cod or snapper filet 1 jar Picante salsa 1 tsp. parsley 3 cups hot rice
Place cod in casserole dish. Spread salsa and parsley over it. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot over rice.
